This leading provider of navigation products is searching for a skilled Android Developer to take a vital role in developing new features and migrating existing navigation apps from XML to Jetpack Compose for their flagship applications.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and enhance new features for the navigation applications.
• Lead the migration effort from XML to Jetpack Compose, ensuring a modern and efficient codebase.

• Write clean, maintainable code while continuously improving the app’s performance and usability.
• Ensure that the applications remain robust and scalable, even with rapid development cycles.

What we’re looking for:

• Solid experience with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Strong understanding of Android development principles and modern architectures.
• Proven experience in UI development, especially when transitioning from XML-based layouts to Jetpack Compose.
• Passion for delivering high-quality mobile applications with attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting (Eindhoven or Amsterdam).
