HR Business Partner, People & Culture Procurement, Temporary assignment

We are offering a long-term temporary role as an HR Business Partner in our Procurement team due to parental leave. You will play a crucial part in shaping a business- and development-oriented People & Culture, with the newly launched Success Factor (SAP) as the foundation of our change journey.

This part of People & Culture within Production, Procurement and Logistics (PPL) supports the business areas of Procurement. We work aligned and together to give the best possible HR support to our managers. Within the team we have HR Business Partners, Employee Relation specialist and Competence Manager. This gives us the opportunity to drive great initiatives within areas like Leadership & Culture, People Growth & Experience and Diversity & Inclusion.
You role
You independently support your part of the organization and management team. Your responsibilities includes:

What We Expect From You
You identify problems as they arise and find smart solutions by having the ability to search and retrieve information as well as understand the craft. Bringing this further, you always seek ways to improve our ways of working, processes, and methods to be more efficient and thereby give more value to our customers. Your consultative approach will significantly contribute to managers' capability to drive the business, supported by your experience as HR Business Partner for at least two years.
Given the constant nature of change within our organisation and People & Culture (P&C) team, you will appreciate working with high flexibility, customer focus, and a growth mindset. Effective communication in English will come naturally to you, and you will believe in the power of teamwork and curiosity. Your academic background includes a university degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or an equivalent field. Lifelong learning will be second nature to you, and you will leverage digital tools to enhance productivity. Experience with our new HR system, SuccessFactors, is advantageous. Additionally, having working experience as an HR Business Partner within a large-scale global company is considered a valuable asset.
The temporary assignment will take place from May 2025 to Sept 2026.

You role

- Serve as the department managers trusted advisor, and actively contribute to organizational development.
- Helping create a people strategy aligned with business needs
- Balancing long-term strategic objectives with daily HR operations
- Take the lead in addressing people-related questions in relevant forums within PPL, as needed
- Driving and implement innovative solutions with the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Bring data and analytics insights to the table, and get others involved through engaging communication (storytelling).
