Penetration Tester – Vulnerability Assessment & Red Teaming - Amsterdam
We are hiring a Penetration Tester to assess and strengthen security across infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct penetration testing on infrastructure and applications
- Assess security of cloud services and API-based technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, FaaS)
- Simulate adversary attacks in Red Teaming or Purple Teaming exercises
- Use tools such as Cobalt Strike, Caldera, Nessus, Burp, and OSINT for assessments
- Apply security frameworks like Mitre ATT&CK, OWASP, NIST, PCI-DSS, and GDPR
- Perform AI and Machine Learning penetration testing
- Analyse and review code for vulnerabilities
- Deliver detailed security reports with risk-based mitigation strategies
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience in penetration testing and security assessments
- Certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, CREST, QSTM, SANS/GIAC, CRTP, or CRTO
- Hands-on knowledge of security standards and compliance frameworks
- Strong programming or scripting skills for vulnerability analysis
- Excellent reporting skills to communicate real-world risks
