About the job

Key responsibilities:
- Maintain project software code and configuration
- Create and maintain project Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for testing, building, and deploying software and infrastructure
- Implement and manage container-based solutions (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Establish and maintain system logging, alerting, and security monitoring
- Work on projects during both development and maintenance phases
- Focus on automation, problem-solving, IT security, and solution quality
Qualifications:
Must have:
- Experienced DevOps engineer with a proven track record in supporting software development and production maintenance (at least 5 years of commercial experience).
- Experience with most of the following tools and technologies:
- Version control systems (preferred: Git)
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Azure ARM, CloudFormation)
- CI/CD automation (Bamboo, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.)
- Automation scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
- Software testing automation (unit tests, integration, performance/load testing)
- Major cloud providers (preferred: Azure and/or AWS) on IaaS and PaaS levels
- Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Monitoring & Logging (AWS CloudWatch/CloudTrail, Azure Log Analytics, Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, ELK stack, etc.)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Software engineering knowledge is a strong plus
- Experience in one higher-level programming language (Python, Java, .NET, JavaScript, etc.) is beneficial
- Understanding of modern architecture & DevOps concepts (microservices, serverless, cloud-native, DevSecOps, GitOps)
- Familiarity with other DevOps tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc.) is a plus but not required
- Proactive individual with initiative, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities.
- English (minimum B2 level required).
