We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Developer with expertise in Python, ML/DL, NLP, Gen AI, and AI deployment with TensorFlow, Docker, and Kubernetes.

🎯 Key Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Gen AI, Image Processing, Document AI, and OCR.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, spaCy, OpenCV, and Regex.
• API development using FastAPI and Tornado.
• Database expertise in PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Proficiency in RHEL, Ubuntu, and Linux fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins Pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Git, and GitHub.
• Strong scripting skills for automation and system administration.

🔑Tech stack:

• Develop production-ready models for content extraction and classification from images and text-based sources.
• Work on Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) projects using open-source models.
• Collaborate with business and transformation teams to understand and design application-specific solutions.
• Work closely with product managers and technical teams to align development with business goals.
• Design, build, test, and iterate on Python, ML, and OCR-based components.
• Ensure smooth application development by managing requirements, schedules, and coordination.
• Troubleshoot development and production issues across multiple environments and operating platforms.
• Contribute to team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Follow Agile/DevOps best practices to streamline development and deployment.
