Comfi is a fast-growing B2B payment platform enabling suppliers across MENA to offer flexible payment terms to their SME clients while getting paid upfront. We work with businesses in automotive, electronics, F&B, and healthcare, helping them scale by optimizing cash flow.

With $22M in venture debt secured and rapid 45% MoM growth, we are now looking for a high-performing Product Manager to bridge the gap between business and tech, drive product discovery, and own key product and business metrics.

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Lead product discovery, identifying key business needs and growth opportunities.

✔️ Conduct customer development (CustDev) to refine product offerings and enhance customer experience.

✔️ Own and analyze product and business metrics, ensuring continuous optimization.

✔️ Oversee post-launch tracking, iterating on features based on data and user feedback.

✔️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business, tech, and product roadmaps.

✔️ Define and document SOPs, best practices, and operational processes in Jira & Confluence.

✔️ Develop and execute strategies to improve buyer conversion rates and overall user engagement.

Qualifications

✔️ 3 years of experience in product management, ideally in a high-growth startup.

✔️ 2+ years of fintech experience, preferably in payments, lending, or financial products.

✔️ Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

✔️ Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Product Discovery Research (PDR).

✔️ Ability to take full ownership of product and business metrics.

✔️ Proven ability to drive customer growth and optimize conversions.

✔️ Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

✔ ️ Fluency in both Russian and English is a must for this role.

✔️ Must be based in Dubai, UAE.
