Assistant Manager – Projects (Corporate Services)

Charterhouse is working exclusively with a leading corporate services organisation who is looking to hire an Assistant Manager to join the Projects Development team. This role is based in Dubai and will work closely alongside the COO and cross functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, streamline internal processes and support business transformation projects.

This role will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement across different business functions in order to optimize performance, generate increased revenue opportunities and improve operational efficiency. Additionally, the Projects Assistant Manager will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders across the different teams such as Marketing, Sales, Finance to gain a holistic overview of each departments goals and to build effective relationships which drive collaboration and change.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills in order to identify actionable insights and present recommendations in a clear and engaging manner to senior management team. Our client is looking to hire a proactive individual who has excellent communication and relationship building skills, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment with a genuine passion for technology.

The successful candidate should hold a bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a relevant field, with at least 4 years professional experience working in a similar role within corporate services or consulting industry. A proven track record in driving business transformation strategies or overseeing operations across a range of departments is required for this role, alongside excellent stakeholder management skills. Preference will be given to Bilingual candidates who are fully fluent in English & Hindi as this would be considered advantageous due to the market exposure.
