Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking highly skilled and qualified Project Managers to lead and oversee projects for one of our respected clients.

Mandatory Skill-set:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years of experience in program management in a large-scale organization.
• PMP certification is required, along with proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong experience in report writing and handling administrative tasks.
• Expertise in contract negotiations and managing vendor relationships.
• Proven leadership abilities and effective project management skills.
• A track record of sound decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to optimize resource utilization.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.

Desired Skill-set:

Agile certifications (Product Owner or Scrum Master).

Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with business stakeholders, understanding their objectives and providing tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and delivery team objectives.
• Collaborate with teams to continuously enhance user experience and customer satisfaction.
• Become a subject matter expert by developing service solution proposals that address functional, technical, and user experience considerations, and gain approval from internal teams.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs and implementing improvement plans where needed.
• Ensure the provision of excellent IT services by understanding operational impacts and proactively planning to minimize disruptions.
• Track IT service quality and performance, suggesting enhancements where applicable.
• Manage vendor performance through service level agreements, engaging with business partners as necessary.
• Support or lead the evaluation of operational impacts due to regulatory changes, ensuring business compliance and process awareness.
• Review existing policies and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement to streamline internal processes.
