Senior Data Analyst/ Power BI Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst with the advanced expertise in Power BI to join our team. As a Senior Data Analyst and Power BI Expert, you will play a critical role in gathering, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data to build predictive models; and reporting systems for tracking key metrics.

This role requires a combination of analytical thinking, technical skills, and hands-on Power BI expertise to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports for real-time data visualization
Collaborate with ML team and PO to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish data metrics aligned with project objectives
Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to leadership and the team for informed decision-making

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as Power BI Expert and Data Analyst
Experience with data visualization best practices and report design
Expertise in database management systems (SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, etc.) and data integration
Solid understanding of data analytics, data mining, and statistical analysis
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics
Microsoft Azure Services for Data Analysts (DB, Data Factory, Data Lake)
Python
Ability to read EDIFACT messages
Working experience on logistic projects
