Purpose Of The Job

As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in driving a high-impact project, leading a dynamic and diverse team of 10 talented individuals. Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Develop new features for Bio Apps with a focus on agility and adaptability to evolving requirements for future products.

Collaborate with the QA team to ensure smooth onboarding and effective integration into the development process.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to maintain high coding standards.

Ensure continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process efficiencies.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues, providing timely solutions to maintain smooth product functionality.

Education, Skills And Experience

MUST HAVE:

Experience: 7-8 years (Expert level)

Preferred Background: Strong technical experience as a Scrum Master (preferably with a focus on technology rather than business)

Technical Expertise: Familiarity with AWS, Java, DynamoDB, React, or similar technologies
