Job Responsibilities

• Agile Expertise. Champion and reinforce Agile principles in the Scrum framework for 2-3 teams
• Psychological Safety. Promote a safe environment for team members to express ideas, ask questions, and voice concerns constructively.
• Growth Mindset. Foster continuous improvement by guiding the team to self-reflect, identify opportunities, be open and transparent about failure, and improve through experimentation.
• Predictability. Capture metrics and team health data to improve forecasts and help the team maintain a sustainable pace.
• Flexibility. Be curious. Provide the “right” amount of support with the goal of leading the team to learn and maintain healthy Agile habits and become self-managing.
• Support: Remove impediments that would prevent the team from achieving its sprint and release goals (internal and external to the team).
• Advocate: Support organizational objectives and participate in new process
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Leader who serves mentality – you’re there to support and drive your scrum teams.
• Broad experience in software development processes
• Detail oriented with an ability to support multiple initiatives
• Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance or Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum Org
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of CRM and API development
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Professional experience in the financial services industry
• Advanced Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance or Professional Scrum Master II from Scrum Org
