We're working with a fast-moving content creation platform, empowering creators to connect with their audiences and monetize their content. Leveraging cutting-edge AI-powered tools, we are scaling rapidly and looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of the roadmap, streamline execution, and collaborate closely with engineers, UX, and leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Own the product roadmap and align it with business growth.
• Drive measurable business impact—revenue growth, engagement uplift, and product scalability.
• Work closely with engineers, ensuring the product is scalable, stable, and high-performing.
• Implement structured user research and testing to ensure data-driven decisions.
• Improve processes, prioritization, and execution to enhance efficiency across teams.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in product management within a high-growth start-up or scaleup.
• Proven ability to drive business impact—revenue increase, engagement metrics, or product adoption growth.
• Experience defining clear roadmaps and translating strategy into action.
• Strong collaboration skills—comfortable working with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset—leveraging data to inform decisions and improve product performance.
• Passion for content creation, AI, and the digital economy.
