Product Manager | Hyper Growth Startup | $160,000 + Super

We are working closely with a fast-growing Startup who are revolutionizing the Ed-Tech game.

With year on year growth, they are looking to kick on and hire a Product Manager.

As a Product Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of product initiatives that align with business goals. Working closely with engineering, design, and other teams, you’ll ensure that the product meets user needs and drives growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Define the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to develop, launch, and iterate on products.
• User Focus: Gather customer feedback and analyze data to guide product decisions and enhance user experience.
• Performance Metrics: Track key product metrics to measure success and optimize product features.
• Execution: Oversee the product development lifecycle, managing the backlog and ensuring timely delivery of features.
• Leadership: Mentor junior team members and promote a collaborative, inclusive work culture.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in EdTech or SaaS
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Data-driven with a focus on user-centered design and continuous improvement

Salary

They offer an excellent salary of $160,000 + Super.
