Monks is hiring a talented and motivated Junior UI Designer to contribute to the design of websites and products for some of the world’s most renowned brands.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with senior designers and creative directors to develop creative solutions.
• Assist in translating brand values, creative concepts, and user needs into functional and expressive design solutions.
• Support in briefing and reviewing design work to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to refine designs and contribute ideas that enhance both creative and technical execution.
• Create prototypes as needed to support design presentations.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide thoughtful input on design challenges.
• Be eager to learn, adapt, and grow within a dynamic and fast-paced creative environment.
  
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• A portfolio showcasing creative and visually compelling digital and web design work.
• A passion for design and an eagerness to learn from experienced professionals.
• Familiarity with design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Basic knowledge of industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch.
• Ability to receive and implement feedback constructively to improve designs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring clean and structured design files.
• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working within a team.
• English proficiency, as many interactions, may be conducted in English.
