Full Stack Developer

We are working with a rapidly growing SAAS platform changing the game for insurance procurement using expansive financial data. They are looking for a passionate and skilled Full-Stack Developer to help with the expansion of the company as a fully fledged Scale-up entering another round of funding. You'll play an essential role in shaping the technology that insurance brokers and underwriting agencies rely on daily. They're looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual that can adapt quickly to the fast-paced, innovative environment of a growing startup and is excited to be part of a social team, dedicated to revolutionising the insurance industry.

Your Role

• Expand and enhance our front-end platform with React and TypeScript - other modern UI frameworks are a plus.
• Proficient in Python, Go, and PostgreSQL to build scalable APIs and integrations.
• Build integrations with third-party insurance providers, CRMs, and financial platforms.
• Ensure high performance and security across the platform.
• Simplify insurance data into intuitive user experiences.
• Work closely with a small, dedicated team of experts where every member’s contribution is vital.
• Conduct code reviews, write tests, and stay diligent with code best practices.

Your Profile

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, ideally in SaaS or financial/insurance technology.
• Proficient in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Backend expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, and Docker.
• Experience with Restful API's
• Understanding of security best practices for web applications.
• Agile mindset and experience working in SCRUM/Agile teams.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
