Mission Context
The mission of the Predictive Analytics team within the Marketing and Communication department of the client is to provide predictive AI models to enable impactful and efficient campaigns by optimizing the reach and relevance for the customers and augmenting employees in the campaigning process.
Function Description
The Predictive Analytics team is looking for a medior/senior data scientist with a proven track record in building and deploying data science models to support marketing campaigns.
You are part of a data science team and will work on the following:
- Tackle various business challenges by creating AI models to make campaigns more relevant and impactful, focusing on enhancing client experiences, empowering employees, and optimizing internal processes.
- Utilize a range of analytical methodologies within predictive AI, including large language models, classical statistical/machine learning techniques, and uplift modeling.
- Capture business needs, perform data analyses to determine feasibility, build models, and analyze data to identify the most relevant target groups to achieve business objectives. Set up tests to measure model impact.
- Inform, advice, and support Marketing & Communications Managers about the use of predictive models.
- Present complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for Marketing & Communication Managers.
- Follow up on production runs from data preparation, scoring, and validation of different AI models and analytical indicators. Maintain and monitor model performance to detect quality issues in a timely manner.
- Support the creation of new variables (data engineering) and continuous improvement cycles of the models within the team.
- Demonstrate extensive experience in programming with Python and contribute to deploying AI models in production using a comprehensive stack of tools.
- Apply guidelines and best practices for responsible AI.
- Work with a motivated team of data scientists eager to learn, collaborate, and share expertise.
Education
Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science. Candidates with other academic backgrounds with substantial experience in data science are also encouraged to apply.
Required Experience / Knowledge
At least 3 years of relevant experience.
Technical Experience: Mandatory
- Strong expertise in Python and Python data science environment (e.g., deep learning)
