What awaits you:

• You will accompany varied client projects at national & international top companies to advise on topics of organisational development and agile transformations.
• As a sparring partner and source of inspiration, you will support clients on a strategic and operational level; this will enable you to successfully bridge the gap between the different areas of application.
• You recommend and implement agile frameworks, methods and practices.
• You conduct maturity analyses to make agility recognisable and measurable.
• You support our customers from piloting first agile approaches to scaling up.
• You design customer-oriented trainings and moderate workshops and see yourself as a specialist in the field of team development.

What you bring with you:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a university/university of applied sciences.
• You have several years of consulting experience or experience as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master and you feel ready to take on multi-clients and projects.
• You have the know-how of agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban & OKR).
• You see yourself as an expert in agile methods and organisational forms and enjoy constantly expanding your repertoire.
• Very good methodological knowledge and practical experience in the areas of organisational development & agile transformation.
• Excellent analytical skills as well as structured thinking and creative ways to solve problems.
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills and speak fluent German. In addition, you have a business fluent command of English.
• You consider travelling as a positive added value.
