Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Dublin, Ireland as a Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key risk and compliance projects across multiple geographies; ensuring that cloud environments meet the required security and privacy objectives according to schedule.

Your Role And Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple, high visibility project management activities and resources with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and define objectives, motivation, and scope, all while providing regular updates and support.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Prepare project proposals, roadmaps, and schedules.
  • Manage resource allocation and assignment across multiple verticals.
  • Manage the compliance program team’s meeting cadences, and communication distribution lists.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Create and update dashboards, report and present on findings.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, eliminating blockers.
  • Ensure IBM process and methodology standards and requirements are met.
  • Ensure resources and equipment are always available.
  • Provide support to the team as requested.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Demonstrated experience of managing multiple projects across diverse teams and geographies
  • Excellent communications skills and experience with customers
  • Ability to understand technical and security concepts
  • Understanding of projects KPIs and SLAs
  • Experience managing multiple projects at once and understanding priority of complex issues and risks.
  • PMI certified

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Willingness to learn new processes and standards as they evolve and adapt current approaches to maintain a high level of execution.
  • Outstanding teammate but can work independently when required.
  • Ability to deeply understand security controls and help improve its implementation. Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
