Title: Network Administrator - (Level 2 or Level 3)
Term: 3 months - extendable
Pay Terms: Contract / Monthly
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Network Administrator to manage and maintain our network infrastructure, ensuring reliability, performance and security. The role involves configuring, optimizing and troubleshooting network devices, supporting both physical and virtualized environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain routers, switches, firewalls and wireless networks.
- Configure and optimize LAN, WAN, VPN and VLAN for seamless connectivity.
- Monitor network performance using tools such as SolarWinds and PRTG.
- Implement security measures, including firewall configuration and VPN management.
- Troubleshoot network issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Maintain network documentation and support IT teams for seamless integration.
- Participate in network upgrades, expansions and security incident response.
- Experience in enterprise network administration.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, and BGP. Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools and security solutions.
- Certifications (CCNA, CCNP, Network+) are a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud networking, SD-WAN, and network automation is preferred.
