OUR NEW SENIOR FRONTEND ENGINEER

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will get to work on innovative Cloud-based software with the goal of full-scale autonomy for our Customers when operating their Public Cloud environments. To achieve this we are aiming to build an ecosystem that will be composed of core capabilities as foundation with service specific areas focusing on different value propositions of our product portfolio. Ensuring all building blocks work together and our Customers have smooth journeys and experience in the system is crucial.

The tech stack is composed of React frontend, distributed backend microservices built with .NET and Python, backed up by data engineering components.

The primary focus of this role will be on the React based front-end domain with the responsibility for providing technical leadership and mentorship to other team members and contributing to the development of new capabilities within the React ecosystem.

SOME OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance front-end architectures
Create reusable, modular front-end components that align with our design system and contribute to consistent user experience
Continuously optimize front-end code for speed, responsiveness, and accessibility
Keep up with the latest front-end technologies, frameworks, and best practices
Work closely with back-end developers, designers, and product owners to deliver exceptional software solutions
Mentor colleagues on web development best practices and provide technical guidance

SOME OF OUR REQUIREMENTS:

4+ years experience working with modern and scalable web applications
Proven expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES5 and higher), and responsive design principles
Deep understanding and extensive experience with the React framework, including state management, routing, and performance optimization
Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs and other data sources
Fluency in Git and version control best practices
Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and performance optimization technique
Very good verbal and written communication skills in English and Lithuanian

It would be awesome, if you have:

Experience developing cloud applications on platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Knowledge of C# and .NET frameworks
Knowledge of UX and Interaction design
