About the Role:

We are looking for a HR Service Specialist to join our team and ensure that HR processes run smoothly, efficiently, and with a strong focus on customer experience. In this role, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, providing process guidance, and supporting continuous improvements in HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Execute and manage HR administration processes according to best practices

✔ Serve as the first point of contact for HR process inquiries, providing prompt and accurate answers

✔ Develop and maintain consistent HR tools and processes for managers, employees, and HR teams

✔ Assist in creating HR training materials and documentation

✔ Continuously work on process improvements to enhance service quality

✔ Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory HR requirements

✔ Provide necessary reports and data as needed

What We’re Looking For:

✅Fluency in English and Swedish

✅ Experience: 1+ years of relevant HR or administrative experience

✅ Strong understanding of HR processes and their dependencies

✅ Strong attention to detail and excellent IT literacy (SAP SuccessFactors knowledge is a plus)

✅ Customer-focused mindset with proactive problem-solving skills
