We’ve planned a 6-month (July – December) fulfilling learning path that will grant you access to business know-how, relationship management and all sorts of engaging activities that make up the HP Way.

Each month is designed to provide a unique learning experience during which you will become familiarized with the activities, culture and organization.

What will your day consist of?

  • part of the Data & Analytics organization
  • responsible for designing, developing, and implementing platforms and solutions for data consolidation, analysis, and visualization t
  • support the organization in providing high-quality solutions to clients, partners, and internal HP teams.
  • assist in collecting, cleaning, and processing large datasets from multiple sources.
  • perform data analyses to discover patterns and correlations, transforming them into insights.
  • contribute to the development and implementation of Machine Learning models: training, testing, optimizing, and evaluating the model using Python or similar programming languages.
  • collaborate with other teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solution recommendations.
  • document the latest trends and technologies in Data Science and Business Analytics.

Your Profile

  • Enrolled in University or graduating after January 2025 in Cybernetics, Computer Science, or Statistics (or equivalent)
  • Independent with a positive attitude, strong willingness to discover and learn
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills,
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of statistics and descriptive and predictive analysis.
  • Familiarity with programming languages used in Data Science (e.g., Python, R) and cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS).
  • Familiarity with data analysis libraries and tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., ThoughtSpot, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc.).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
