Senior Data Analyst (SQL & Data Visualisation)

We are seeking a talented Data Analyst with expertise in SQL and Data Visualisation to transform complex data into actionable insights. In this role, you will analyse diverse datasets, craft compelling visualisations, and help drive strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively.

REQUIRED SKILLSET:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with Tableau (preferred) or other Data Visualisation tools (Power BI, Qlik, Looker, Amazon QuickSight), with a proven ability to create complex dashboards and reports
• At least 5 years of experience working with SQL for handling complex databases
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions from numbers and data
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain data concepts and data visualization tools' functionalities to a non-technical audience
• Proficiency in English (mandatory)
• Interest in deepening the understanding of the business and product and in using data to better respond to specific inquiries
• Experience with other data manipulation languages (such as Python) is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in: Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and analyze various datasets to identify trends and insights
• Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions using Tableau and Amazon QuickSight
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights
• Present findings to stakeholders through clear and compelling visualizations and reports
• Document BI solutions
• Actively participating in Agile sprints and stand-up meetings
• Ensuring compliance with data security and privacy guidelines when dealing with and sharing sensitive information
