Who We Are

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with deep expertise in Power BI to design, develop, and maintain advanced data visualizations and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of translating complex business needs into actionable insights, driving operational improvements. This role requires strong technical proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and data analytics, combined with excellent communication and project leadership skills.

What You'll Be Doing

Power BI Development: Design, develop, and maintain visually impactful dashboards and reports in Power BI to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and insights to stakeholders across the organization.
Data Analysis & Modeling: Analyze large datasets using SQL and descriptive/predictive analytics techniques to uncover actionable insights that influence business decisions.
Data Integration & Quality: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, cleanse, and integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability for reporting purposes.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business units to articulate project goals, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and present findings effectively to non-technical audiences.
Process Optimization: Lead initiatives to streamline data processes, reduce operational inefficiencies, and improve reporting workflows, leveraging Power BI and related tools.
Data Governance: Advocate for best practices in data governance, security (e.g., row-level security in Power BI), and democratization of data across the organization.

What You'll Bring Along

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Economic Cybernetics, Statistics, Informatics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 1 year focused on Power BI development and deployment.
Proven experience leading complex data projects in IT/software or related industries.
Good proficiency in Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, and dashboard design).
Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating data.
Familiarity with additional tools such as Python, R, or Tableau is a plus.
Advanced English proficiency is a must
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Strong communication skills to convey complex insights to diverse audiences.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
