Assignment Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer on behalf of our client, Tetra Pak. The role involves contributing to the development of end-to-end connected solutions for the Food & Beverage industry, with a focus on the Processing segment of their business.

Job Summary:

As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a key role in designing intuitive interfaces for Tetra Pak Automation & Digital products. Your work will be critical in maximizing user experience, ensuring the successful design and implementation of product interfaces.

What You Will Do:

  • Design user-friendly interfaces using wireframes and prototypes to enhance user experience for Tetra Pak Automation & Digital products.
  • Plan and conduct user research to gather customer insights, clarify product requirements with key stakeholders (e.g., Product Managers, Key Account Teams), and transform these insights into actionable interface designs.
  • Organize and lead ideation workshops to generate creative concepts.
  • Collaborate closely with the Development Team to provide design specifications and ensure product designs align with technical constraints.
  • Work with UI Architects and Developers to define interface architecture for HMI and SCADA products.
  • Actively participate in implementing UX design for HMI / SCADA solutions.

We Believe You Have:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Several years of experience in UX design, preferably within the Digital/SW sector or Industrial HMI / SCADA solutions.
  • A background in Human-Computer Interaction & Communication Sciences.
  • A Master's degree in a related field is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • A deep understanding of the business implications of product design.
  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of technology applications in the Food & Beverage industry (desirable).

Technical Competence:

  • Proven expertise in UX/UI design principles, user interface design, and interaction design.
  • Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and tools like Figma (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Design Thinking and User Research methodologies.
  • Experience with industrial HMI/SCADA products.

Details:

  • Start Date: April 1, 2025
  • End Date: December 31, 2025
  • Location: Lund, Sweden
  • Workload: Full-time (100%)
  • BYOD/CAD: Consultant to provide their own CAD computer.
  • Drug Test: A pre-assignment drug test is required at the consultant’s expense. Neither the client nor Ework will cover the cost.
