Data Analyst

Short About Customer Experience And Loyalty Team

The Customer Experience and Loyalty team is responsible for data-driven, targeted customer communication and automated customer programs across our own channels, as well as managing our customer clubs at the group level in Sweden, Finland, and Norway and the Baltics

We also oversee customer data analysis and business insights, working closely with the marketing and e-commerce, but also support the whole Musti Group.

Overall Role Description

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join Musti Group Nordics, responsible for customer data analysis and insights at the group level. As a key member of the Customer Experience and Loyalty team, you will work closely with the marketing team, e-commerce team and other departments within the company.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Analyzing customer data to identify insights on purchasing behavior, retention, and lifetime value.
• Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports in QlikCloud.
• Working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and e-commerce to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
• Measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (email, social media, loyalty programs) and providing actionable data-driven recommendations.
• Building and maintaining ETL pipelines
  
  
  

This role is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging data to drive business decisions and improve customer experiences.

Need-to-haves

• Experience working with BI tools such as QlikSense.
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis
• Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
• Ability to interpret and communicate data findings effectively
  
  
  

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with Snowflake
• Experience with Qlik as a dashboard tool
  
  
  

Education & Experience

• Bachelor/master's degree in mathematics, computer science, engineering, statistics or similar field
• 2+ years of experience in a data analytics (or similar) the role you will be responsible of our targeted communication in our own channels (email & sms) and thus responsible for strategy, planning, implementation, follow-up and optimization of our campaign communication on group level.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written (our corporate language is English).
