Join the internal P&O team as the Junior HR Specialist to support talent acquisition, candidate experience and onboarding processes.

• Handle end-to-end recruiting processes
• Track candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure that all data are up to date in the internal reports
• Cooperate with Hiring Managers to have a full-scale understanding of hiring needs and available positions within the company
• Cooperate with vendors
• Work closely with other internal teams to ensure internal data quality in the reports, employee branding activities and other actions related to onboarding
• Provide support to the other team members
• University degree in HR-related faculty such as Psychology, Management
• Preferable at least 1 year of professional experience
• Experience in an international environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates
• Fluency in English
• Good understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes
• Good Excel skills
• Open to working in the hybrid mode (office in Warsaw)
