My name is Sunaina Malusare and I am head of consumer analytics in Telia Norway. We are a team of two Qlik developers and five data engineers. We are a friendly and diverse group that enjoy working and doing social things together. Now, we are expanding our team and maybe you are the one we are looking for!

As a BI developer you will receive inquiries from across the organization and have a close dialogue with business to map out their needs and use ETL, data modelling, data visualization and front-end design to meet those needs. Your primary tools will be QlikView and Qlik Sense.

Is this you?

We imagine our candidate to have a BA or Master degree within IT, analytics or in a related field, but working experience can add up for a lack of education.

As a person, you are curious and have a genuine interest in understanding how the organization works, with a passion for delivering reporting solutions that brings high value for end users. You know what it takes to solve complex cases and are not afraid of trying out new solutions that will fit your customers’ needs in the best way possible. You have a strong interest in data visualization and understanding of data modelling and have around 5 years of experience in a BI/Qlik or another developer role within analytics.

To get up to speed in the role, it is important that you feel confident with either QlikSense ,Qlik View, Power BI or Tableau. You have worked with the business to create reports which gives value.

Your Experience:

• Able to convey information through data
• Experience with QlikSense/QlikView or other BI tools
• Deep understanding and experience of SQL
• Good experience with collaboration with business and creating insights
