Senior Java Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, clean, and maintainable code using Java
• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of new software applications and features
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to design and deliver software solutions
• Perform code reviews and provide feedback to your peers
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues
• Follow Agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban

Skills Required

• Working experience with Java and Spring framework
• Experience of working with AWS as well as on-premises systems
• Excellent SQL knowledge
• Hands-on experience working with Git, Sonar, Snyk, or other versioning, code quality, and vulnerability management applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of investment management and accounting systems will be an advantage, but not necessary
• Experience working in Agile teams
