Job Description

We currently have a career opportunity for a Scrum Master to join our team located in Lake Mary, FL.

Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating and coaching Agile teams, ensuring the Scrum framework is followed, and help teams deliver high-quality products. They will act as a bridge between the product owner and the development team, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Remove Impediments: Identify and eliminate obstacles that may hinder the team's progress.

Coach the Team: Guide team members in Agile practices and principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Support the Product Owner: Assist in managing the product backlog and ensuring clear communication between the product owner and the development team.

Promote Collaboration: Encourage collaboration and communication within the team and with external stakeholders.

Monitor Progress: Track the team's progress using tools like burndown charts and ensure that the team stays on track to meet their goals.

Qualifications

  • Change Management experience a huge plus.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate meetings and resolve conflicts.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and address issues that may arise during the project.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and team dynamics.
  • Knowledge of Agile Practices: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience with tools like Jira or Trello.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $73,008 to $170,640. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
