As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in the transformation of our finance operations, focusing on process automation and modernization. Your passion for business intelligence, systems enhancements, and data-driven decision-making will help elevate the Finance COE Expense team’s efficiency and performance. In this role, you’ll contribute to reshaping how finance professionals operate through smarter tools and streamlined processes.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide financial reporting and analysis, including performance trends, budget comparisons, expense tracking, headcount analysis, and forecasting.
• Extract data from various financial systems and databases to update weekly and monthly reports and conduct recurring analysis.
• Support the preparation of operating plans and forecasts.
• Collaborate closely with the finance team, serving as a key point of contact for financial inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, while documenting enhancements and updates.
• Participate in system upgrades, improvements, and related projects.
  
  

Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Experience in both IT systems and finance roles is highly advantageous.
• Proven experience in producing reports and management information.
• Advanced Excel skills, including modeling and analytical reporting. Experience with Oracle (Hyperion) Smart View, Oracle Analytics, and Oracle Database is essential.
• Proficiency in SQL is required; experience with Snowflake is a plus.
• Experience with OLAP databases is essential.
• Familiarity with MDX, VBA, Windows batch scripts, and task scheduling.
• Hands-on experience with data analytics tools like Power Query, Excel, and Power BI.
• Functional knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure.
• Comfortable advising non-technical colleagues on technical challenges, translating complex concepts into understandable terms.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 1 917 - 3 500 EUR . This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
