Project Manager (Customer Experience)

What will help you succeed:

• Experience in project management with a focus on customer experience.
• Strong background in analytics, reporting, and KPI management, including NPS, CSAT, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Experience in PMO, strategic roadmap definition, and cross-functional governance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage stakeholders and align insights with business decisions.
• Ability to lead and develop a team, ensuring continuous growth and high-impact delivery.
• English level B2 or higher (mandatory).
