NXT GIG is looking for an imaginative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing visually captivating designs for various marketing materials, including print and digital assets. You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to create graphics that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design projects and a deep understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Responsibilities

Create engaging graphics for web and print, including brochures, banners, social media posts, and promotional materials
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop effective design solutions
Maintain brand consistency throughout all design projects while pushing the creative envelope
Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging design techniques to incorporate innovative ideas into projects
Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine and improve designs
Support the marketing team with creative solutions for campaigns and branding initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing design work
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color balancing
Excellent creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to handle constructive criticism and adapt designs based on feedback
