Data Analyst

Position Overview:

You will play a critical role in analyzing data related to our leasing operations, customer behaviors, and market trends. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, with a strong understanding of financial concepts specific to the leasing industry. This role involves transforming complex data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in leasing operations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide stakeholders with insights into key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and data quality checks.
• Utilize statistical methods and predictive modeling to forecast future trends in the leasing market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the financial services or leasing sector.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Python.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts, leasing products, and market dynamics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Machine Learning and Snowflake is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
