HR Coordinator

Strategic Staffing Solutions International’s client is an industry leader in supporting hiring professionals with services that ease the workload and meet critical needs.

The company is based in Phoenix, Arizona and was founded as a California C-Corporation. Company provides a full suite of global screening services in more than 200 countries and territories worldwide, including criminal, education, employment, references, MVR, passport, and government-issued identification verifications.

Responsibilities:

• Onboarding process - Facilitate new hire orientation, prepare onboarding materials, coordinate training sessions, assist with documentation, provide support, monitor progress, and collaborate with departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Employee records management - Maintain and update employee files. Process employee changes including employee action forms (i.e., position change, department change, etc.)
• Recruitment support - Assist with recruitment process including preparing requisition, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
• Performance management – Assist in the administration of performance reviews, tracking employee progress
• Learning management system - maintain learning management system and assist with building training materials for company training program
• Reporting - pull HR reports as needed
• Compliance - prepare documents for leave of absence requests, agreements, offer letters, etc.
• Payroll - review/approve timesheets for international EE’s

Required Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s in HR or related field or equivalent experience
• Experience: 3+ years HR coordinator or admin
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word)
• Proficiency with HR software, Paylocity a plus
• Fluency in English (B2-C1 level)

The offered salary is up to 2000 - 2300 eur/gross.
