About the Job

As the Research, Development, and Strategy Specialist, you will help expand the company’s presence in emerging markets by identifying opportunities, analyzing trends, and providing strategic insights. You’ll play a critical role in shaping how the company delivers value and maintains a competitive edge. Responsibilities include:

• Market Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of emerging and existing markets.
• Strategy Development: Create and implement market entry strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
• Business Development: Identify high-potential segments and build partnerships to support market growth.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and adjust strategies, reporting insights to management.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams and serve as a strategic advisor to leadership.
• Innovation: Continuously explore new solutions to offer in the market and add value to customers.

About You

We are seeking someone who meets the following criteria:

• Based in Amsterdam or willing to relocate.
• Fluent in English (Dutch, Spanish, French, or German is a plus).
• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a sustainability-related field.
• Passion for or experience in climate change, climate finance, or related areas.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
