AI/ML

Our client is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with a strong background in Generative AI to join their team in Amsterdam.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge generative models and solutions. Proficiency in Dutch is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML models with a focus on Generative AI solutions.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build AI systems that deliver high-quality, scalable, and impactful solutions.
• Research and Innovation: Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and Generative AI technologies.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Develop and maintain documentation for AI/ML models, processes, and tools.
• Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and contribute to the team's growth.
• Testing and Optimization: Conduct thorough tests and experiments on machine learning models to ensure their reliability and effectiveness.
• Code and Design Reviews: Participate in code and design reviews to maintain high standards of software quality.
• Ethical AI Practices: Ensure compliance with best practices in data privacy and security.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning, with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI.
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in natural language processing (NLP), neural networks, and deep learning technologies.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and their applications.
• Proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with other languages such as C++ or Java.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and container orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Language Skills: Strong English communication skills; proficiency in Dutch is highly desirable.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
