DevOps Engineer

| Senior DevOps Engineer | Utrecht

Are you an energetic Senior DevOps Engineer with a passion for IT and a positive can-do mindset? Join our client's Center of Excellence for RPA and help elevate the Platform team to the next level.

| Responsibilities |

- Development, management, and maintenance of the Azure Platform for Robotics IT Department.

- Autonomously pick priority items from the team's backlog, analyze, and work them out.

- Take initiatives to professionalize the Platform.

- Coach and guide team members.

- Consult with the team about fulfilling functional and non-functional requirements.

- Drive automation by utilizing CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.

- Implement all mandatory security standards to ensure IT risk remains under control.

- Ensure monitoring, logging, and alerting is in place to operate applications and services without interruptions.

- Neatly document your work and present it to team members.

- Apply continuous delivery practices:

- Manage all resources in version-controlled repositories (code, scripts, configurations, artifacts, static resources).

- Refactor and reuse existing code/modules/functionality.

- Build, enhance, and maintain tooling and scripts to automate repetitive or error-prone tasks.

| Requirements |

- Knowledge to build, test, and deploy application code to Azure environment using Azure DevOps YAML-based pipelines.

- Experience in application monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.

- Experience with Azure DevOps practices, Git, and YAML pipelines.

- Experience with Bash and/or PowerShell.

- CI/CD: Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery.

- Knowledge and experience with Azure Networking concepts like VNET, Subnets, NSGs (Network Security Groups), and Private Endpoints.

- Hands-on experience and knowledge of Oracle and/or Postgres Databases.

- Hands-on experience and knowledge of Kubernetes.

- Hands-on experience and knowledge with Terraform, Helm, and Argo.
