What You Will Do

Reporting to the Brand Manager, the successful candidate will be required to:

• Help on driving business results for the total P&L own by the Brand Manager.
• Collaborate on brand strategy to achieve sales and profitability targets, ensuring all consumer touchpoints align with brand equity.
• Analyse Nielsen data, SAP data, and competitive activities to assess brand performance, monitor sales volumes, market share, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop product and communication strategies based on consumer insights, executing promotional initiatives and brand activations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to implement marketing plans effectively, managing product development tools to ensure timely execution.
• Forecast new product launches and promotions, assisting in effective marketing budget management.
  
  

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

• Educational background: Bachelor’s degree required (Economics, Business Administration & Management or similar). Master in Marketing / MBA is a plus.
• Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus.
• Relevant experience in functional Marketing role in FMCG, minimum 2 years having worked in the food sector is a plus, as well as having experience with working in close cooperation with sales and both traditional and modern channels.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Nielsen, SAP, and other market analysis tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market trends.
