About The Team
Enterprise Activity Management team is a part of Box's Enterprise Engineering organization. Our main customers are 200K+ enterprise admins, whose responsibilities are to set up and configure Box apps for their enterprises, onboard and migrate users, set rules and permissions for users, groups, files, and folders within their orgs, and run reports. Therefore our team has two major domains Insights&Reports (I&R), and Users&Groups (U&G).

About The Team
Enterprise Activity Management team is a part of Box's Enterprise Engineering organization. What You’ll Do
- Attend and engage in weekly stand ups, team meetings, manager 1 1s
- Partner with product to scope new features, provide project estimates and milestones to inform quarterly commitments
- Clearly communicate complex problems and technical concepts to both engineers and non-engineers and can break down complex requirements into step
- Write/review quality, testable, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Triage bugs and resolve issues that may arise during on call
- Work collaboratively with other engineers, team members and across teams
- Play a role in developing and fostering Box culture in the newly created office
- Represent Box Poland internally and externally
- 3+ years of professional software development experience with an understanding of best practices
- Experience in developing front-end applications using React (or comparable modern JavaScript frameworks)
- Experience with writing tests using Jest and Cypress
- Deep understanding of the full web technology stack (e.g. HTTP, cookies, asset loading, caching)
- Assess, communicate and complete project milestones with manager and team members in a time sensitive manner
- Must speak English proficiently
- Knowledge of Java
- Knowledge of MySQL
- REST API Design
