Product Manager (Mid/Senior)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager and Senior Product Manager to lead the development and success of our Client’s software products. You will oversee the full product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals. These roles involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the product roadmap and prioritize features to meet business objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery to identify new opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for Engineering and Design teams.
• Oversee the development and release process as a Product Owner in Agile/SCRUM environments.
• Gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders to refine product offerings.
• Collaborate across teams, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering.
• Ensure seamless communication between departments to streamline product development and launch.
• Stay informed on industry trends to maintain product competitiveness.
• Monitor product performance metrics, analyze user feedback, and recommend improvements. (Senior Product Manager).
• Mentor team members and lead strategic initiatives across multiple product lines (Senior Product Manager).

Requirements

• Min. 3+ years (mid)/ min. 5+ years (senior) of experience in software product management
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile/SCRUM environments.
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements and business solutions.
• Experience with the following tools: JIRA, Confluence, Product Board, Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of quickly learning new domains and technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (min.C1)
• Familiarity with Content Management, Digital Marketing, or Martech solutions is a plus.
• Familiarity with GitHub and data monitoring tools is a plus.
