Senior UX/UI Designer Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior UX/UI Design Lead to take ownership of our user experience strategy and drive the design vision at a strategic level. This is a leadership role where you will manage and mentor a team of designers, set best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless, user-centered digital experience. Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the UX/UI design strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall vision and goals.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of UX/UI designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation.

• Translate user research and data insights into intuitive, high-quality digital experiences.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions.

• Oversee the creation and refinement of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to enhance the user journey.

• Establish and implement design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.

• Advocate for UX/UI at an executive level, influencing decision-making and prioritization based on user needs and business impact.

• Keep up with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously push the boundaries of user experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of UX/UI design experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing design teams.

• Proven ability to build, manage, and scale a high-performing design team.

• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other leading design tools.

• Strong knowledge of user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven design approaches.

• Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to drive design-led decisions.

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Must in English.
