About the Role:


We are looking for a People & Culture Generalist to be part of an exciting HR transformation project. This role is ideal for a passionate, self-motivated HR professional with a strong background in Learning & Development and Recruitment, along with solid knowledge of Performance Management.


Key Responsibilities:

๐Ÿ”น Owner of HR Policies & Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with business goals and compliance standards.

๐Ÿ”น HRMS Ownership: Manage and optimize the HR Management System (HRMS) to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and seamless integration of HR processes.

๐Ÿ”น Learning & Development: Design and implement impactful training programs that align with business objectives and support employee growth.

๐Ÿ”น Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Develop hiring strategies, source top talent, and create an exceptional candidate experience.

๐Ÿ”น Performance Management: Drive and support the execution of performance management frameworks.

๐Ÿ”น Payroll Support: Assist with payroll-related processes and ensure compliance with regional standards.

๐Ÿ”น HR Transformation: Contribute to shaping people strategies, policies, and initiatives that foster a strong workplace culture.

๐Ÿ”น Employee Engagement & Culture: Implement creative initiatives to enhance employee experience and build a high-performance culture.

๐Ÿ”น Strong Follow-Ups & Administration: Ensure seamless execution of HR processes through structured follow-ups, data tracking, and efficient administration.

๐Ÿ”น Innovative HR Solutions: Bring fresh, creative approaches to engagement, learning, and recruitment strategies.


Qualifications & Skills:

โœ”๏ธ 3+ years of HR experience, with a focus on L&D, Recruitment, and Performance Management

โœ”๏ธ Payroll experience (GCC exposure is a plus)

โœ”๏ธ Strong ownership of HR policies, procedures, and HRMS management

โœ”๏ธ Excellent follow-up, organizational, and administrative skills

โœ”๏ธ Ability to think creatively and implement innovative HR strategies

โœ”๏ธ Strong understanding of HR transformation and change management

โœ”๏ธ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

โœ”๏ธ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
