About the Role:
We are looking for a People & Culture Generalist to be part of an exciting HR transformation project. This role is ideal for a passionate, self-motivated HR professional with a strong background in Learning & Development and Recruitment, along with solid knowledge of Performance Management.
Key Responsibilities:
๐น Owner of HR Policies & Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with business goals and compliance standards.
๐น HRMS Ownership: Manage and optimize the HR Management System (HRMS) to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and seamless integration of HR processes.
๐น Learning & Development: Design and implement impactful training programs that align with business objectives and support employee growth.
๐น Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Develop hiring strategies, source top talent, and create an exceptional candidate experience.
๐น Performance Management: Drive and support the execution of performance management frameworks.
๐น Payroll Support: Assist with payroll-related processes and ensure compliance with regional standards.
๐น HR Transformation: Contribute to shaping people strategies, policies, and initiatives that foster a strong workplace culture.
๐น Employee Engagement & Culture: Implement creative initiatives to enhance employee experience and build a high-performance culture.
๐น Strong Follow-Ups & Administration: Ensure seamless execution of HR processes through structured follow-ups, data tracking, and efficient administration.
๐น Innovative HR Solutions: Bring fresh, creative approaches to engagement, learning, and recruitment strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
โ๏ธ 3+ years of HR experience, with a focus on L&D, Recruitment, and Performance Management
โ๏ธ Payroll experience (GCC exposure is a plus)
โ๏ธ Strong ownership of HR policies, procedures, and HRMS management
โ๏ธ Excellent follow-up, organizational, and administrative skills
โ๏ธ Ability to think creatively and implement innovative HR strategies
โ๏ธ Strong understanding of HR transformation and change management
โ๏ธ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
โ๏ธ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
