Quorum’s Energy Components (EC) is the world’s leading hydrocarbon Management (HCM) software suite for production management in oil and gas. Responsibilities

  • Project management, typically managing teams from 2 to 12 consultants through the entire project life cycle
  • Support management, being responsible for teams providing support services to our clients
  • Test management, being responsible for development and maintenance of test procedures and scenarios
  • Facilitate customer requirement discussions with business stakeholders and internally with product team
  • Leading people by understanding them and their work and coaching them towards success in their work
  • Facilitating and leading workshops and project teams to ensure qualitative and on-time deliveries to our clients
  • Identify risks and come up with mitigation plan
  • Being an enabler for digitalization and harvesting of the benefits of IT solutions
  • Be proactive and continuously seek to improve established work processes
  • Take part in sales activities, including estimation, planning and bid preparation
  • Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing a project budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; invoicing within project milestones

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in technical subjects
  • 10+ years of experience in IT project management
  • 5+ years of Oil & Gas (Upstream and/or Midstream) domain experience
  • Having strong sense of ownership, self-driven and ambitious
  • Having experience with different project methodologies
  • Have a strong desire to learn and adapt new skills, tools and technologies
  • As a person, you are a clear communicator (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication skills, and fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural set up
  • Excellent team worker
  • Able to start with minimum information and proactively gain knowledge
  • Have a positive attitude
