The Project

Mace is offering PMC delivery services on a large residential masterplan project inclusive of villas, apartment blocks and all associated infrastructure.

This role will be based in Abu Dhabi, so the candidate will be either a resident or prepared to relocate.

You’ll Need To Have

• A relevant degree qualification.
• Strong digital knowledge.
• Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
  
  

You’ll Also Have

• Membership in RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
• Substantial experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the consultancy sector.
• Property or infrastructure project management expertise.
• Commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience leading parts of projects within large, diverse teams.
• Experience of developing and forming relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
