📍 Location: Ottawa, Canada
🏢 Hybrid: On-site 3 days per week
Are you an experienced DevOps Engineer with a strong background in backend development (Python) and geospatial data? This opportunity is for you!
🔹 Requirements:
✅ Experience: 5-8 years in DevOps
✅ Technical Skills:
- CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, Linux
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
- SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cassandra)
- Big Data, Kafka, Spring Boot, Java
- Experience with MapBox and geospatial data
- Front-end: Vue.js, Nuxt.js
✅ Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
✅ Methodologies: Agile, SAFe
🎯 Responsibilities:
🔹 Design and implement CI/CD pipelines
🔹 Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure for scalability and performance
🔹 Integrate security best practices into DevOps processes
🔹 Work with large geospatial datasets and tools like MapBox
🔹 Collaborate with development teams for smooth deployments
