Program Manager / SR. PM, Insurance Claim (Contract Position)

Number of Positions: 1 Duration: 6 months

Location: Markham, ON, CA

Must be eligible to work in Canada

Hybrid position, 2d/w in Markham ON mandatory, no exceptions

Must skills and experiences

 MUST Have background and experience with Insurance, Guidewire ClaimCenter and Cloud

Technologies

 MUST have experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter Transformational Programs

 Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Project management certification (PMP) is a must

 Experience as a Program & Project Manager with at least 10-15 years’ experience managing programs

• Hands on experience managing large and complex transformation programs from inception to benefits realization, in the capacity of Technical / Functional Program Manager
• Domain knowledge/experience in Guidewire Suite preferably ClaimCenter Upgrade and Cloud migration (including Data)
• Hands on experience managing financials over 20M
• Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable facilitating Executive Steering Committee Meetings with C Suite
• Excellent stakeholder management skills that straddle through Delivery leadership, Business, Finance, Governance and Risk and willing to challenge status quo
• Insurance background specially Property/casualty
• Willing to work from Markham Office thrice a week
• Prior experience working for a PMO with established governance
• Proactive and outcomes driven
• Navigate through ambiguity with ease

• Preference to candidates who has PMP/Agile certification.
• Guidewire or snowflake certification (Nice to have)
