What The Role Is

You assist in managing all Human Resource (HR)-related matters, serving as the first point of contact for HR queries while managing various personnel functions.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Handle performance management and posting matters
  • Manage recruitment, regimental discipline, and welfare
  • Administer funds and budget according to finance guidelines
  • Support corporate Information Technology (IT) requirements
  • Act as unit delegated administrator


Challenge(s)

  • Keep updated on relevant and latest changes in HR initiatives and directives
  • Work closely with various stakeholders on HR matters

  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP systems
