IT Intern for Infrastructure team (remote-only opportunity)

We are looking for an Intern to to become a member of the CloudLinux infrastructure team. Our team is entrusted with a wide range of responsibilities, from managing access and providing compute resources and services to everyone in the company, to developing our own infrastructure projects and automations.

This is a remote internship opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere and have a flexible schedule. No prior work experience is required for this internship opportunity. Key responsibilities:

• Assist end-users with technical issues, troubleshooting software problems, and providing timely resolutions, including remote users
• Participate in maintaining and upgrading the company's IT infrastructure
• Contribute to ongoing IT projects
• Assist with Attlassian family products administration
• Assist with VPN, domain, DNS records administration
  
  
  

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of Linux OS family
• Basic understanding of IT principles, including software, networking, and cybersecurity
• Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn new technologies
• Fluency in English and Russian
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Passion for technology
• Git knowledge
