Terraform Scrum Master / Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in the IT industry, demonstrating deep technical expertise and leadership capabilities.
• Over 10 years of experience in leading technical teams and driving project execution from concept to production delivery.
• Proven track record of managing and executing end-to-end projects, including planning, implementation, and successful deployment for over a decade.
• 7+ years of experience in creating comprehensive project and release plans from the ground up, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Agile SCRUM methodologies, driving iterative development and continuous improvement.
• 10+ years of experience leading distributed teams across onshore and offshore locations within a Global Delivery Model.
• Minimum of 4 years of expertise in Terraform for infrastructure automation and provisioning.
• 4+ years of experience managing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) projects, including cloud infrastructure setup and optimization.
• Demonstrated success in leading GCP Cloud onboarding and enablement initiatives.
• Strong background in Business Intelligence (BI), analytics, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, with the ability to manage and optimize data workflows.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable, with a commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
• Hands-on technical expertise, including a clear learning path through certifications and advanced technical skills.
• Strong understanding of technical architectures, system diagrams, and solution design, with the ability to contribute to and review technical solutions.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, including daily and weekly updates, ensuring transparency and effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant industry certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, Terraform) and project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile SCRUM) are a plus.
